- Do you have a function space?
Yes! And you should use it. We’d love to host your special event. To learn more about our functions space, head to our functions page
- How many people can your function space cater to?
Our functions are comfortably sits 35 - 50 seated indoors. We can cater up to 70 - 80 standing. Head to our functions page to learn more
- Is there a minimum spend or booking fee to use your functions space?
None! We love celebrating, and we want to help you have a great time. There’s no minimum spend or booking fee, but you can learn more about our set functions menu or canapes on our functions page
- How can I make a booking?
Any way that suits you! You can either head to our bookings page and fill out the form, where you’ll be automatically booked in, or you can contact us to give us a call (or send us an email!) and we’ll do it for you. Look forward to having you!
- What are your opening hours?
We’re open Tuesday - Sunday, 11 - late
- Do you have any ongoing promotions or special offers?
We do - we know time’s are tough right now, so we have daily specials, which you can find on our what’s on page
- Do you sell vouchers?
Sure do! We think a RAIN bar voucher makes the best gift. Head to our vouchers page to purchase
- Do you offer catering?
We don’t offer catering, but if you’re booking an event in our functions space at RAIN, we do offer a set menu or a canape menu - head to our functions page to learn more about this
- Do we have to have a booking to come in for dinner?
Of course not, we welcome walk ins! We leave space available for walk ins each day - the more the merrier! Wander in and we’ll do our best to accommodate you
- Do you provide gluten free/ dairy free meals, can you cater to specific allergies?
Our team of chef’s will do everything they can to accommodate your dietary and allergy requirements. Our menu offers Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, and Vegetarian/ Vegan options, and if you have a specific allergy, please alert the staff as soon as possible. We do our best to avoid cross contamination, but cannot guarantee complete aversion due to suppliers and having potential allergens in the kitchen.
- Do you use locally sourced ingredients?
The team at RAIN are proud to used locally sourced ingredients, from local suppliers, supporting kiwi-owned and small businesses. The triple whammy!
- Do you have a kids menu?
We’ve got something for everyone, including the kids! Ask the staff to see our kids menu.
